The opening ceremony of the exhibition "Colors and Patterns: The Journey to Iranian Art" took place at the Hanoi Museum on August 23, 2024. The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Vietnam organised the Exhibition in collaboration with the Hanoi Museum to celebrate the 51st anniversary of Vietnam-Iran diplomatic relations.

Vuon Chuoi Site, aka Vuon Chuoi Mound, has geographical coordinates of 21o03'40'' north latitude and 105o43'499'' east longitude and an area of about 19,000m2. The site is on the Lai Xa village, Kim Chung commune, Hoai Duc district field, about 18km west of the centre of Hanoi.

At the exhibition of collected and donated artifacts in the years 2015-2016, three oil paintings: "We must return to liberate the capital", "The brave death soldier", and "Hanoi in the winter 1946", by artist Phung Dzi Thuan make a great visual impression on visitors. These paintings contribute to vividly recreating the history of the Capital in the indomitable struggle against the French colonialists recapturing the Capital in late 1946 and early 1947.
